JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of underground sprinklers-repair/replace
• pumps, lines, heads
• Knowledge of landscaping equipment
• mowers, tractors, string trimmers, leaf/snow blowers, rotary edgers
• PREFERRED: Certification for pesticide applicator
• PREFERRED: Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical skills

• Maintain landscaping
• Mowing, planting, watering, sod laying, fertilizing, digging, raking, trimming, weeding
• Maintain sprinkler system
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment
