Position Summary

Plows, grades, and maintains Schweitzer Mountain Resort roads and parking lots. Day, swing and graveyard shifts. Although defined as full time, working hours will be dictated by weather events and steady 40 hour work weeks are not guaranteed.

Work may come in multiple day spurts with multiple days off in between. Expect to work any and all days and nights as weather dictates (ie weekends/holidays).
