Job Description

The Facility Commissioning and Turnover (FCAT) unit provides commissioning oversight and turnover assurance, ensuring that all building systems and equipment delivered for the Spent Fuel Handling Recapitalization Project (SFHP) meet the Owner's Project Requirements and are ready for operational acceptance. In this role, you will support FCAT's review and verification of commissioning activities performed by a contracted third party Commissioning Agent. As an Intermediate Computer & Electrical Engineer, you will evaluate controls system readiness, confirm technical alignment with design intent, and perform technical oversight of configuration, integration, and operational performance.
