The Test Solutions Engineering Key Equipment Group develops, deploys, and supports wafer probe equipment and processes that enable high-volume semiconductor manufacturing across Micron's global operations.

The team drives innovation, quality, efficiency, and standardization through advanced equipment solutions, process development, and collaboration with manufacturing, test, and quality organizations worldwide. As an Intern Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop and evaluate innovative wafer probe equipment and process solutions. Through hands-on projects, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, you will gain practical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment characterization, process validation, and technical problem-solving while preparing for future engineering roles in a team-oriented environment.
