Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the validated projects from inception to
- completion.
- Study and define new projects as the need arises and as they are
- assigned to the site.
- Develop project plan timelines and lead cross functional work groups to complete projects within specification, on time and on budget, while also ensuring safety and food safety practices are followed.
- Maintain plant AutoCAD drawing files and make updates as needed.
- Provide conceptual engineering drawings as requested.
- Maintain a record of the status of all active projects.
- Maintain/update technical documentation.
- Follow CER, PO and OOP process.
- Manage and oversee contractor compliance with safety practices, site security requirements, GMP requirements and quality of work.
- Be the site expert on assigned processes, providing trouble shooting capability as well as recommendations…
