  • Big-firm resources, local-team relationships, ONE IMEG culture IMEG is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer in Idaho Falls, ID to lead design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for moderate to complex projects, and to support the delivery of larger and high complexity projects with limited support from senior staff. This role works closely with a team of engineers and consultants to provide project direction, engineering solutions, and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Primary responsibilities include project management, engineering analysis, design, and implementation oversight of civil infrastructure and/or site design. The role also includes working within project budgets, assisting in training and mentoring efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations across residential and land development markets, while delivering resilient, environmentally responsible infrastructure. This position is new for the location but supports an already successfully established IMEG team, with the opportunity to support current clients while helping grow new work and expand the regional team.
