ESI's Eastern Idaho Field Engineer provides project support to the site team in managing the daily activities and execution of the construction project, including oversight of field staff and subcontractors, to successfully complete projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The Field Engineer is also responsible for maintaining ESI's standards of excellence in safety, quality, and productivity and ensures that all workers and subcontractors abide by ESI's standards. The Field Engineer is a vital partner who assists and supports all other team members, focusing efforts on augmenting the Project Superintendent.

Whether in the field or in the office, the Field Engineer understands the global needs of the project and is adept at prioritizing and providing tactical support to the team. This position is based on-site in Eastern Idaho.
