ByVerTek is now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunication Senior Construction Manager to oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunication infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, project management, and construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Only currently local candidates will be considered.
No executive search firms will be utilized.
What You'll Do
Project Management:
- Lead and manage telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with Project Management team to execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Planning and Coordination:
