Superintendent (Healthcare)

CORE is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to provide on-site coordination and leadership for all phases of Healthcare Construction projects in Boise, Idaho. The superintendent's role is to ensure tasks required to facilitate the construction of the project on site are implemented while utilizing CORE's best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. Projects will include complex healthcare environments requiring strict adherence to ICRA, OSHA standards, and operational continuity.

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA compliance
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of subcontractor deficiencies
• Maintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordination
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in active and occupied facilities
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditions
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals
