This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior SCADA and Industrial Control System Engineer to work out of Meridian, ID office.   • Manage and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Analyze system architectures and recommend improvements to optimize performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Conduct system integrations and evaluate performance to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in overseeing interface management and ensure compatibility between system components.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks that may impact project outcomes.
  • Apply proven systems engineering methodologies to resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent.
