Our Films Manufacturing Development Engineering team works hands-on in a fast-paced R&D environment to keep development moving, improve data quality, and support critical technology milestones. We value ownership, collaboration, and building the next generation of engineers! This role combines people leadership, operational ownership, and technical depth in thin films process development.

You will lead a team across shifts, support daily execution in the fab, and help remove barriers that slow development. The role offers strong visibility, direct impact on R&D outcomes, and the opportunity to grow both people and processes.
