The Yield Enhancement organization partners closely with Fab, Yield Engineering, and product teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality.
We use electrical characterization, failure analysis, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to identify yield detractors, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement across semiconductor manufacturing. As a Yield Enhancement Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer, you will investigate electrical failures and yield issues to identify root causes and enable corrective actions. This role combines hands-on failure analysis, data-driven problem solving, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve yield, reliability, and engineering productivity while supporting new technology and product ramp efforts.
