Ada County Renames W Aerie Drive to W Valnova Drive in Eagle

Ada County Commissioners approved renaming W. Aerie Drive to W. Valnova Drive effective September 30, 2025, after a Sept. 22 public hearing. Hotelify Your House The first thing I tell my clients is to hotelify their house. As a rule of thumb, remove about 50% of your possessions.

Pull sofas at least four to six inches off the wall. That little bit of depth makes rooms look larger.
