The grape vines in the quaint, private courtyard envelop the short flight of steps down to the entrance of the home. Inside this daylight-basement, you will find a ton of natural light streaming in from the large windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and each bedroom has large closets, a full dresser and nightstands for storage. The large 50″ Roku enables TV for easy access to streaming faves & high-speed wifi. Cozy with central heat in the winter and well insulated and cool in the summer with a supplemental AC unit available for additional comfort.
