Wine, Walks, and Wagging Tails: A Dog Lover’s Tour of Boise Idaho

Boise, Idaho

Summary

I’m Michelle Penick, and today I’m taking you through the beautiful city of Boise, Idaho. Now, while many might think of Idaho as the land of potatoes, I’m here to tell you it offers an abundance of outdoor adventures, vibrant culture, and—most importantly—a warm friendly attitude towards our furry friends, like my co-host Buster! Embracing Nature on the Boise Greenbelt We started our adventure on the iconic Boise River Greenbelt.

Stretching an impressive 25 miles, this beautiful pathway along the river has become one of the top attractions in the Treasure Valley. With a network of scenic trails, it's a perfect spot for dog lovers to explore. Walking alongside the water, Buster and I couldn’t help but soak in the stunning views and the crisp, fresh air that makes Boise so special.

After our rejuvenating walk, it was time to quench our thirst at a place that takes relaxation to a whole new level— TAYIA Winery . A Toast to Family and Community at TAYIA Winery As I walked through the door of TAYIA, I was welcomed by Carri Sullivan, one of the winery's owners and a passionate winemaker. This retreat isn’t just about great wine; it's all about creating memorable experiences.
