Highland is a 75-acre planned neighborhood in Emmett, Idaho. The name “Highland” is a tribute to our family’s origins in the Scottish Highlands, where we immigrated from in 1894 to work in this area of Idaho. The development of Highland will comprise approximately 240 residential lots, a community church, and around 6.5 acres of common area that will feature open spaces, community parks, and walking paths.

One of the highlights of Highland is its private community pool and recreation area, which includes pickleball courts and a half-basketball pad. These amenities were unveiled and made available to residents on Memorial Day 2023. With a focus on meeting the diverse needs and preferences of homeowners, Highland offers a range of lot sizes, from 5,500 to over 15,000 square feet, to accommodate various housing visions.
