Agile Homes

Mike Smith and Craig Smith, childhood friends from New Plymouth, a small town in Idaho, are the proud owners of Agile Homes. Together, they have built a local homebuilding business where you can design a home that is both brand new and uniquely yours. Being local builders is one of the many reasons we've been able to impact the lives of so many homeowners positively.

Our knowledge, familiarity, and deep-rooted love for the area not only make our process efficient but also imbue every home with a special kind of warmth. We're excited to share that we're here to stay, steadfast in our loyalty to our community, customers, and trades. Life in your new home is set to be incredible, and we're committed to ensuring that the journey to move-in day is just as smooth and enjoyable.

Your journey with us, from start to finish, will be worry-free, welcoming you into our community with open arms.
