Brighton Homes is a Meridian-based production builder serving Boise, Meridian, and Nampa with energy-efficient single-family homes. The company has built in the Treasure Valley since the 1990s and markets ENERGY STAR construction. Active work includes Pinnacle in south Meridian's SO|ME district, Creekside at Cartwright Ranch in Boise, and Arbor in Nampa, with more communities upcoming.
