Pacific Lifestyle Homes is a Vancouver, Washington–based production builder founded in 1996 by Kevin Wann. The company says it has built nearly 6,000 homes across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho and now sells production plans with a local Design Studio in the Treasure Valley. Homes at Inspirado start in the $600s; other Meridian and Eagle communities currently price from the mid-$600s into the $900s.
