Our Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) Division is seeking a Structural Designer to join our growing team.

This group delivers high‑performing projects at the intersection of innovation and functionality, with a strong focus on food and beverage, federal, and industrial facility design. Our work spans new construction, renovations, and complex industrial systems-always with client experience, community impact, and technical excellence at the forefront.

What You'll Do

  • Support the structural design of new buildings, renovations, and facility expansions
  • Produce detailed drafting for industrial structural steel systems, including equipment supports, platforms, and pipe racks
  • Apply internal and client CAD/BIM standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy across deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, taking ownership of project goals and contributing to overall project success
