Boise, Idaho: Schoolhouse Multifamily Approved for 300 Apartments on W. Victory Road

Article
BOISE — Another big apartment project is cleared to go in southwest Boise. The Boise Design Review Commission approved Schoolhouse Multifamily on Oct. 14, 2026, a plan for about 300 apartments on 15 vacant acres at 8373 W. Victory Road in the South Cole area, according to the city's design review record (DRH26-00248). The appeal period has now run out.
What's planned
- About 300 apartments in 17 two- and three-story buildings - Two amenity buildings, including a pool and a bike garage - About 520 parking spaces - Roughly 315,000 square feet of building area
Pivot North Architecture designed the project. The application was filed Aug. 18, 2026.
Why it matters
Victory Road between Cole and Five Mile keeps filling in, and 300 more rentals is a real addition to the housing supply on this side of town. No construction start date or rent range has been announced yet. I'll update this when one is.
