New Projects
Meridian, Idaho: New Shops, Offices and a Restaurant Planned at Ten Mile and Franklin

Article
MERIDIAN — A new commercial corner is coming together in Meridian. The City Council unanimously approved rezoning about 12 acres at the northwest corner of Ten Mile Road and Franklin Road, next to Ten Mile Christian Church, from neighborhood commercial (C-N) to community commercial (C-C), along with a change to the development agreement on about 5 acres, BoiseDev reported.
What's planned
More than 52,000 square feet of space is in the plan:
- A 10,700-square-foot office and retail building - A 3,000-square-foot office building - A 9,000-square-foot restaurant - A 15,000-square-foot mid-box retail building
Applicant Michael Meuret is behind the project, with ALC Architecture on design. 7 Brew is in talks for a spot, but no lease has been signed.
Timing
Don't expect dirt to move right away. Construction is at least a year out. Meanwhile, the nearby Highway 16 and Linder Road overpass projects are expected to wrap up in fall or early winter 2027, which should make this part of west Meridian a lot easier to get to.
