Leslie has lived in the Pacific Northwest her entire life and has sold real estate full time for the past ten years. In early 2023, Leslie and her husband, Brett, took a risk and uprooted their family in pursuit of a better life in North Idaho. They are happily rebuilding community and exploring all that Kootenai County has to offer. She knows how hard it is to start over in a new place, and genuinely enjoys helping transplants house-hunt and start their new life in this area. Leslie goes “all in” on her people, and helps her clients with loyalty and determination.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Leslie started her career in school counseling. After two years in schools she jumped at the opportunity to get her real estate license and sell new construction homes for her family’s home building company, Waverly Homes. Real estate was a perfect fit, and she quickly realized her counseling skills were valuable assets in tough negotiations and de-escalating high emotions.

With her experience selling new construction, she has a thorough knowledge of the home building process. As her business grew into the existing home market, Leslie built a team and helped launch other real estate agents. With her move to North Idaho, she is back in the role of a solo agent, working with Buyers and Sellers, and thriving.

Leslie and her husband, Brett, have been married for 13 years and have four children. They are lucky enough to fill their days with work they love, happy and healthy children, and endless home projects. Their family loves to hike, ski, hang out on the lake, and travel. In her spare time, you will find Leslie with her dog Roxy, tending her growing flock of chickens, trying her hand at gardening, or attempting a sewing project. The most unexpected place you will see her is moonlighting as a substitute High Fitness instructor.

Michelle Penick loves to explore the happenings of Boise and her favorite restaurants include Barbacoa, Kona Grill and Crave. On the weekends you will find her at the dog park with her two best friends, Snickers and Buster, or at a hot yoga class. When it’s hot she is likely floating the river or paddle boarding.

Michelle’s real estate experience ranges from building lots to million-dollar condos downtown. Michelle has sold nearly 200 homes in her 7 years as a Realtor. Michelle truly cares about her clients and works with them day and night to find the perfect fit. Michelle believes communication is key!

Anike Wilder grew up as an ‘army brat’ allowing her to see the world and meet many different people and cultures. This is something she loves as a real estate agent here in Idaho. Some of my first childhood memories were running around at my Mom and Grandma’s Real Estate Magazine office where I grew up in north Texas. It might’ve been a unique hobby for a kid, but I loved flipping through the pages and studying every detail. My Grandma, a retired agent, let me stage her home for sale as a young teen and encouraged a love for it all.

My husband, a southern Idaho native, moved to Texas to attend college, so when he graduated, we came “home”. We immediately jumped into real estate investment, property management, and renovating our old family farmhouse, which taught me to think creatively and see the potential in anything. Today, we’re nearing the completion of a home build, and I love using these experiences to serve others as a Realtor. I’ve now called the Magic Valley home for 15 years and look forward to many more.

Fun facts: I am working toward a Diploma of Ministry, enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband and three awesome kiddos, and our home is constantly filled with creativity; Music, art, theater, dance, graphic design, interior design, photography, songwriting, and more. We are also blessed to live near extended family and have some of the most incredible friends with whom we enjoy many game nights.

Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Ben Geanetta spent three decades in a city he metaphorically described as a “microwave.” Seeking a change, he and his lovely family discovered Northern Idaho and instantly fell in love with its scenic views, outdoor activities, and, most importantly, its wonderful community.

Ben began his career in law enforcement, dedicating 10.5 years to the Phoenix Police Department. However, he recognized the need for a career transition that would allow him to embrace the opportunities Northern Idaho offered and, above all, to spend more time with his wife, Jessica, and their four children.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active with outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, skiing, and playing hide-and-seek with his kids. Currently, he and Jessica are embarking on the journey of starting a hobby farm, fueled by their interest in producing more of their own food.

As a real estate agent, Ben believes in the importance of strong communication skills, promptness, responsiveness, and being an active problem solver. Above all, he emphasizes the need to understand his customers’ needs. He is committed to ongoing education, regularly seeking courses to keep pace with technological advancements, legal changes, and shifts within the industry.
