I’ve known Michelle Penick since 2021. Tough times, covid, difficulties with transportation. We were relocating from WA state to Idaho. Nampa was our desired destination. I found online a brand-new home in Nampa and knew right away this is the house I wanted. But the house was in Nampa and I’m in another state. The houses were selling within days at that time. I knew, by the time we get to Idaho, it’ll be gone. Likely, a friend, who was already in Treasure Valley, recommended Michelle. We connected and she immediately contacted the home builder on my behalf and started the process. I had a million questions, and Michelle was always there to answer them and bring calm into my life. She made a walkthrough video of the house, which was crucial. Without seeing a house, buying online seemed crazy. Her video of the house and the neighborhood gave me a full picture. We finally met in person for the final walkthrough of the house. The house was charming, and having Michelle walking through with us was reassuring and comforting. Michelle was able to negotiate with the builder some important additions for us. But this was not the end of the story. A year later, Michelle helped my son to buy a new house in the same subdivision. In Michelle you will have a top-notch professional, who is very thorough, knowledgeable, skillful negotiator and the nicest sweetest caring person you’ll ever meet. I love my house, but if I ever decide to move, the first phone call I’ll make: “Hi Michelle, guess what… “.
