Autovol

• – Troubleshoot mechanical conveyance systems, automation components, and other systems related to industrial maintenance.
• – Work with engineering and system integration teams to identify and implement solutions for assembly difficulties.
• – Restore equipment at stations to proper working order.
• – Maintain knowledge of industry safety standards and procedures.
• – Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• – Install and test electrical control components, sensors, and associated cabling.
• – Verify specifications and test assemblies and subassemblies.
• – Utilize CMMS systems for work orders and parts requests.
• – Perform other duties as assigned.

– Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial maintenance, including expertise with conveyance systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and electrical systems (high and low voltage).

– Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

– Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to lift 50 lbs and have dexterity of limbs.

– High school diploma or GED equivalent.

– Post-secondary certification in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.

– Familiarity with ABB Robotics and B&R PLCs is a plus.
