Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Studio Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

Leading design appointments with homeowners for personalized selections of interior and exterior finishes
Complete change orders through internal processes
Assist in completing the Boise Design Center – helping in selections for displays, communication with ordering, etc.
Oversee and own relationships with external design representatives, such as coordinating communication with companies that supply samples for our Design Studio and home finishes.
Management and oversight of the Online Design Studio for the Boise Division
Communicate with the Sales Team and Construction Team on design changes, updates, and customer choices
Thorough understanding of floor plans, 2020 designs of cabinets, etc.

Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience with a residential production home builder
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field (preferred)
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
