Treasure Idaho, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," operates a multifaceted online platform at treasureidaho.com, encompassing business listings, vacation home rentals, property listings, new home community listings, city listings, user-generated content, and other promotional features. By accessing and using the Company's website and voluntarily submitting any content, including but not limited to photos, videos, and blog posts, you, hereinafter referred to as the "User," agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ownership and Copyright:
The User represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for the content uploaded to Treasure Idaho. By uploading content, the User grants Treasure Idaho a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the content for the purposes of promoting and showcasing the Treasure Idaho platform. This does not grant Treasure Idaho the right to sell or commercially exploit the User’s photographs or content.

Treasure Idaho reserves the right to edit, crop, modify, or enhance the content as necessary to fit the requirements of its various platforms.
3. User Representation:
The User represents that the uploaded content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. The User agrees to indemnify and hold Treasure Idaho harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any breach of this representation.
4. Privacy and Personal Information:
Treasure Idaho shall handle all personal information provided by the User in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Treasure Idaho website. The User acknowledges that Treasure Idaho may collect, use, and disclose personal information as outlined in its Privacy Policy.
5. Termination of Agreement:
The User may terminate this agreement at any time by requesting the removal of their uploaded content from the Treasure Idaho website. Treasure Idaho reserves the right to remove or delete any user-generated content at its sole discretion, without prior notice or justification.
By continuing to use the Treasure Idaho website and voluntarily uploading any content, including but not limited to photos, videos, and blog posts, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
