Providence Development LLC has broken ground on the highly anticipated AC Hotel by Marriott, Coeur d’Alene, a $25 million project set to open in early summer 2027. This stylish new hotel represents a significant private investment in the city’s core, offering future residents and visitors a glimpse of the sophisticated, amenity-rich lifestyle that defines this growing North Idaho community.

“We are mobilized and progressing rapidly,” said Parker Lange, Development Manager for Bozeman-based Providence Development LLC. “With permits secured, we’re beginning excavation for underground parking and are on track to open our doors in 2027. This hotel is designed to be a seamless part of the downtown fabric.”
