Quality and Standards
The HOA has established quality design standards aimed at maintaining the high architectural integrity of the community, overseen by a Design Review Committee. While homeowners will appreciate this commitment to excellence, there are additional fees for attached homes to cover necessary services such as roof replacements and front yard landscaping maintenance.
The association also offers a full GB high-speed fiber optic internet service provided by Lumen/CenturyLink as part of the HOA fees, ensuring residents are connected and can work from home with ease.
Additional Fees and Utilities
For new homeowners, a one-time New Home Setup Fee equates to 0.002% of the total home purchase price. Resale homeowners will also encounter a transfer fee at the same rate. Importantly, there is no estoppel fee.
Residents should note that the HOA fee does not include utilities such as City of Eagle Water, Eagle Sewer, Intermountain Gas, Hardin Sanitation for trash and recycling, and Idaho Power, which will be handled separately.
