Skyhawk is a CBH Homes neighborhood on the south side of Emmett in Gem County. CBH held a grand opening and ribbon cutting on November 7, 2024, and still lists move-in ready homes here. The builder describes energy-efficient homes with open floor plans, Level 1 designer finishes, stainless appliances, laminate counters, and EVP flooring in Warm, Neutral, and Cool palettes. Current inventory includes single-level plans such as the Bennett 1694 and Harrison 2025, plus two-story plans from about 1,447 to 2,025 square feet. CBH calls itself Idaho’s Number One Builder and lists Skyhawk as its Emmett community, inside Emmett Joint School District. Published on-site amenities are a playground, picnic area, common area, and pet waste stations. CBH directions reach the neighborhood from Highway 16 north into Emmett, which becomes Highway 52, then right on Mill Road and right on Jasper Street.
