This is where Encore Cottage earns “basecamp” status:
• Ski in from Lower Encore and walk straight to the front door, plus groomed ski/out access (see photos)
• Green space to the south and east, with trail access just beyond the yard
• Private hot tub plus a spacious covered patio
• Gas BBQ grill on the patio for simple cookouts
• Quiet cul-de-sac location, with space by the entry for skis, boards, and bikes
• Morning coffee with birdsong, evening soaks after laps
• Show up with real gear and real plans—the cottage is built for it.
–SLEEPING SETUP: 2 BEDROOMS + SOFA SLEEPERS (SLEEPS 7)–
Simple, comfortable bedrooms where you can actually crash:
Primary Bedroom (Main Level):

• Ensuite bathroom with large soaker tub + separate shower
• In-room full-sized washer & dryer
Guest Bedroom (Upper Level):
• Queen bed
• Pottery Barn twin sofa sleeper
• Ensuite bathroom
• Note: Closet is owner-locked; a free-standing garment rack is provided
Living Room (Main Level):

• Shared half bath nearby
–KITCHEN + LIVING–
The main level has an open floor plan made for easy meals and tired legs:
• Fully equipped kitchen for real cooking (not just microwave meals)
• Cookware, dishware, glassware, basic tools
• Coffee maker + Lavazza coffee and filters
• Dining area for group meals, card games, and trip planning
• Cozy living room with gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and mountain views
• Smart TV in the living room (and in each bedroom)
• Clean, practical, and set up so you can fuel up, spread out, and reset for the next day.

• Garage is not available to guests
• Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles
• Additional guest parking available nearby (first-come, first-served)
