Known for its fresh, citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken and better-for-you Mexican-inspired meals, El Pollo Loco brings a unique fast-casual dining experience to Idaho. The expansion aligns with the brand’s 50th-anniversary growth push, featuring a modernized restaurant design with energy-efficient upgrades, LED lighting, and a refreshed aesthetic.
