Role Description The Heavy Equipment Operator will safely operate a variety of heavy equipment to perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material handling on active job sites. Day-to-day tasks include reading and following site plans, coordinating with site supervisors and crew members, inspecting equipment before use, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. The role involves monitoring soil conditions, working around utilities, loading and unloading materials, and adjusting equipment operations to meet project specifications and safety requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Post Falls, ID, and may require working in varying weather conditions and occasional overtime depending on project needs.
