WSP is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to join our Facilities team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer looking to expand their technical expertise, take greater ownership of projects, and contribute to complex, high ‑ performing facility and infrastructure projects across multiple market sectors.
This role is open to the following locations:
Boise, ID, Madison, WI, or Minneapolis, MN

About The Role
Our Facilities group delivers innovative civil engineering solutions for food & beverage, federal, and industrial facilities, with a strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, and forward ‑ thinking design. In this role, you will support site civil design efforts from concept through construction and play a key role in delivering successful projects.
Typical responsibilities include grading and drainage design for new building sites, renovations, and expansions, as well as utility coordination, access road design, permitting support, and construction phase services.
