The Boise Airport is growing! To keep pace with the growth of our city and meet the demands of our community, the airport is undergoing a multi-million-dollar capital expansion plan to accommodate future transportation needs. This role offers a clear career path, starting as a technician and advancing to Technician Sr., then Maintenance Mechanic Sr., and finally Airport Maintenance Mechanic Lead. The Technician Role

• Troubleshoots, diagnoses, operates, repairs and maintains several types of equipment and systems at the airport.
• Conducts maintenance, repairs and remodels on the airport terminal, parking areas and rental properties.
• Conducts all tasks and duties under supervision in the baggage handling system.
• This position works under immediate/direct supervision.

Required Knowledge, Experience, And Training

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience performing repairs and maintenance in an industrial or commercial setting, a journey-level trade license, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
