About The Role
You will establish and lead Aalo’s site Radiological Control (RadCon) program from the ground up for our advanced modular reactor operations supporting data center power. This hybrid manager/engineer role mixes program ownership with hands-on radiological engineering-standing up the RadCon program, designing the monitoring architecture, and driving licensing/compliance readiness alongside Operations.
