Schedule
Hiring for full-time day shift and part-time weekend day shift.
Day Shift: 7AM–3PM
Weekend Days: Sat & Sun 7AM–3PM

Shift Differential
$4/hr added to base pay of $16 — Swing / Overnight / Weekend shifts
$2/hr added to base pay of $16 — Day Shift

Responsibilities
The Behavior Technician supports clients and the structure of the program. This program focuses on identifying and stabilizing the client’s psychiatric needs with an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach. The role maintains continuity in the daily schedule, assures client safety at all times, keeps team communication effective, and completes required documentation accurately and on time.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 19 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working directly with children (two years of social services education may substitute)
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass required background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Social Services related field
• Paid experience working with children and/or youth in a group treatment setting

Pay & Benefits
Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour. Benefits may include 401(k) with matching, dental, vision, health insurance, HSA/FSA, life insurance, paid time off, EAP, and retirement plan.
