WSP is currently initiating a search for a Lead Systems Engineer to join our growing Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE) within the Property & Buildings business line.

Our Industrial CoE supports some of the world’s most innovative industrial clients, delivering integrated engineering and automation solutions for advanced manufacturing facilities, food and beverage production plants, life sciences facilities, logistics centers, battery manufacturing plants, and other industrial environments.

This position offers the opportunity to lead automation and controls engineering efforts for complex industrial projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout planning, design, construction, commissioning, startup, and operational support. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, support project delivery, and develop innovative automation solutions that improve safety, productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Your Impact

• Lead automation and controls system design projects for industrial and manufacturing facilities.
• Develop PLC programs, HMI programs, SCADA solutions, and industrial network architectures for process and packaging systems.
• Develop control narratives, sequence of operations documents, functional specifications, and automation testing procedures.
