Position: Autovol Construction Solutioneer
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Production Supervisor

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential functions of the Construction Solutioneer position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Help build multi-family, multi-story apartment modules in a controlled factory environment in Nampa using off-site construction methods
• Work collaboratively to support the production of high-quality, affordable housing
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Be eager to learn and develop new skills related to automated construction processes
• Stay well-organized, detail-oriented, and focused on team and company success
• Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership or supervision

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”
• Experience working with hand, power, and pneumatic tools
• A strong drive to maintain stable production and maximize factory machinery uptime
• A desire to innovate and create, with a willingness to push the limits of what has been done before
• A desire to implement processes, instructions, and strategies that improve team performance
• Proven ability to problem-solve and self-start
• Must promote and uphold company values

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and regularly lifting 50+ pounds. The work environment includes a fast-paced automated manufacturing facility.
