Located in the best part of Boise’s North End neighborhood! Across from local favorite, Elm Grove Park, (awesome shade trees, playground & tennis courts) and blocks away from the quaint neighborhood business district Hyde Park. This townhome feels very spacious with an open floor plan with 2 story vaulted ceiling in the living room, bedroom with queen bed and bath on the main level, and two large bedrooms (king bed in loft and queen bed and bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom), bathroom and laundry room on the second level. Kitchen is fully equipped for making meals at home or use the gas grill on the porch to BBQ. Perfect family retreat!
House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 8 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 8 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner’s schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night’s stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee
